Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support, such as prepare attendance report and salary calculations etc. - Responsible for recruitment and selection process such as posting job advertisement, organising interviews, liaising with candidates and sourcing references and online checks ahead of interviews - Supporting and assisting in Human Resources initiatives and projects - Responsible for the production of offer letters, references, right to work checks, DBS checks, contracts and equal opportunities statistics. - Any other duties or responsibilities that may be required Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline - 2-3 years or above of proven experience in an HR generalist role in a similar environment in UK - Fluent in Chinese and English, both spoken and written - Ability to manage your own workload - Good knowledge of UK employment law and payroll - Ability to multi-task, prioritize works and adjust along with change - Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion and diplomacy - Proactive, dependable, detail-minded and highly organized - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Interested parties please email to recruitinguk2021@gmail.com to arrange an interview.
